When my partner and I decided to pursue surrogacy in Ghana, we were excited — but also terrified. We didn't know who to trust, or what support we'd have from thousands of miles away. We made it through. And throughout that journey, we kept thinking: other families deserve better support than this.
That's why I co-founded Gold Coast Surrogacy. I am the client. I have sat exactly where you are sitting — reading about a process I didn't fully understand, in a country I'd never visited, hoping everything would work out. It did. And I want the same for you.
I have practiced family and reproductive law in Ghana for [X] years. In that time, I have seen what happens when surrogacy is not protected by proper legal agreements — and what it looks like when it is done right.
International intended parents are particularly vulnerable. They are navigating a foreign legal system from a distance, often in a language that is not their own. I co-founded Gold Coast Surrogacy because every family deserves a surrogacy process that is legally airtight, ethically sound, and genuinely protected from day one.
